Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so I think that is his opinion of a camera lens. I've learned over the years that objective tests are useful, but are only opinions. Buyer beware – Edna C. Burns – Washington, DC
I was so anxious to get a lens multi purpose (sort of transport each day) that allows me to change the lens between shots, but I soon discovered that this objective was not for me. The shots were very soft target, and often presented some vignetting and dark spots. So the goal seemed to have trouble finding his house. I was not only happy and not want to be stuck with this goal. I just do not think it was a good investment, if after three weeks, I decided to contact 'sseller for a refund. The seller was not at all happy to refund my money. Sent me a "not nice" e-mail that I thought was totally unnecessary. I had to attend to Amazon my money and of course I paid the shipping costs of return. I will try to stay away from this particular seller and the purpose for the future.

I looked around a goal that was versital enough that I could use in many situations other photos. I was always having to constantly change between wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens for family events. Does not mean buy this Sima 18mm-200mm Lens I have not really got my Canon T1i. I did not notice the dark corners, as some have said. I still have much to learn as much as possible, using the best conditions with the camera, but it was a hit so far. Ilove and I had no problems what so ever. I love the wide angle back and is a very good zoom so you can close. I SUDGEST you always get a UV filter to protect the goal, because it is so useful. I purchased this lens used about 7 months ago. I have been loving the photos that i was getting both macro and portrait but this review is about outstanding and exceptional customer service. I’m going to have to sacrifice a little pride now and admit to something pretty careless. I was constructing a flash modifier and of course it involved a little gorilla glue among other things. I worked on the modifier most of a saturday and left it to dry while i went out on Saturday evening. When i come, I welcome very anxious to see how the modifier promised to be so I pulled out my flash, mounted on a camera and stole the modifier for the light. After several minutes I noticed a drop of glue on the floor and then realized that there was also a bit 'of glue on the barrel of my Sigma 18-200mm lens. I went to look for relaxing and clean like crazy and thought for sure I had everything removed. I pulled the horse and put everything away and lay down. Wellyou certainly know the outcome of this story now. Yes, the next day, the price was locked tightly closed. I worked and worked for free, and managed to break the cycle zoom in addition to blocking the gun. This little stupid mistake has been haunting me for weeks.
Well, I sent the lens from Sigma for an estimate in mid-October start. I called in mid-November and was told that the aim had been received and was in line for examiniation. Well, lowand here (its the Christmas season, so the term seems particularly appropriate) this morning, a Fed-Ex truck stops and offers a small box. I flip the box faster and notes that its from Sigma. Well all I can think of at this stage is that it was not repairable if they returned. So, what to my wondering eyes do I find? The goal was 100% completely repaired and the ticket is attached to the words "has replaced the main drive barrel courtesy n / c" Its also checked all marked – for goodsidewalk.
I could not let this act of support to customers who go unnoticed. Sigma, you rock …
